Q. When will bank transfer payments be confirmed?
  • Thank you for purchasing our product. Payment is confirmed once the orderer's name and the depositor's name match, which can take between 10 and 60 minutes. If the depositor's name is different, please inform us via Viber for confirmation.
Q. What is a Special Order?
  • A Special Order is a service offered by Triple J Shop to source and sell you any products you need from Korea, including all products sold in the country and more.
  • Depending on the item, delivery times, shipping costs, and customs duties may vary.
  • The product price will be provided in a comment by the administrator after checking stock availability in Korea.
  • If you wish to purchase the product, please leave a comment with either "Confirm Purchase" or "Decline Purchase."
  • If you decide to purchase, you need to transfer the payment to the bank account listed on the site. Once the administrator confirms the payment, they will notify you via email or a comment on the bulletin board with "Purchase Confirmed" and "Payment Confirmed."
  • If a post contains inappropriate content or offensive language, it will be removed.
Q. How many days do I have to make a payment after placing an order?
  • You must make the payment within a maximum of 3 days after placing the order. After 3 days, the order will be automatically canceled. Please ensure payment within the designated period.
Q. What if my package is returned or lost due to an address error or absence?
  • If a package is returned or lost due to an error in the address or absence of the recipient, we cannot cover the shipping cost and product value. Please be sure to enter your address accurately when placing an order, as packages can be returned or lost if the address is incorrect.
Q. I placed an order but want to change the options.
  • If the product has not yet been shipped, you can change the options. However, once shipping has begun, option changes are not possible. Therefore, please think carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Q. How long does it take?
  • Typically, orders are delivered within 7 to 14 business days, but this can vary depending on product stock, shipping company, customs processing, and other factors.
  • For specific orders, the delivery time may vary based on the product's weight.
  • Once the item is dispatched, you can check the shipping information via email.
  • Once payment confirmation is completed, the shipping status will be provided.
  • Reasons for shipping delays could include the following
    • Orders placed outside business hours.
    • Temporary holidays, New Year, or summer vacation periods.
    • Shipping congestion, bad weather, or other unexpected situations.
    • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Q. Product has been destroyed.
  • All products are carefully inspected before shipping. However, if a product is defective, we will be responsible for exchanges. If you wish to return a product, please notify us. To initiate an inquiry or return, contact Triple J via email at shoppingkorea27@gmail.com.
Q. Want to cancel my order.
  • You can cancel an order by email before it is dispatched. If you used a deposit account to make a purchase, you can cancel the order directly on our website before the payment is completed. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been dispatched, the round-trip shipping cost will be borne by the purchaser.
Q. Want to return or exchange.
  • If an exchange or return is needed due to product defects, please contact us via email within 7 business days of receiving the product.
  • Due to the nature of international products, refunds are not possible for buyer's remorse.
  • After approval, we will guide you through the related costs. If the product is different from what was advertised, defective, or incorrect, the seller will cover the shipping costs.
  • Returns are not allowed in the following cases
    • Special orders cannot be returned or exchanged. (If the item is damaged or defective, only exchange is possible.)
    • If the product is not defective and was shipped correctly.
    • If the customer has removed tags, labels, or price stickers from the product.
    • If the product shows signs of wear or damage due to customer handling.
    • If the product is not included in its original box or packaging.
    • If specified return procedures or schedules are not followed.
    • If the original product has been copied or packaging has been tampered with in the same product category.
Q. What's included in total price?
  • Total payment amount for the product (including taxes/sales tax) + shipping fees (including taxes/sales tax).
  • All prices displayed on the site include sales tax.
  • We are not responsible for customs duties or value-added tax (VAT).
  • International shipping fees vary based on the rates set by the shipping company and include the package's weight.
